Think New Mexico
Santa Fe, New Mexico / $25,000
It has been nearly impossible for New Mexico families to shop for the highest quality, most
affordable health care. Seeking to address the problem of health care affordability, Think New Mexico’s health care transparency effort aims to make the prices and quality metrics of common medical procedures at New Mexico hospitals transparent on a user-friendly public website. To reform capital outlay in New Mexico, Think New Mexico will research, develop, and raise awareness about an improved method that the state could use to prioritize and fund needed public infrastructure while avoiding partisan political conflict.
