As the largest long-term residential, gender-specific substance use disorder treatment center in the state of Louisiana, Bridge House/Grace House accepts men and women who are homeless, indigent, uninsured and/or unemployed regardless of their ability to pay. Our overall goal for each resident who completes our program are for them to be alcohol and drug free; to be employed; have a safe place to live, and have a support group of individuals outside of Bridge House/Grace House that are in recovery. |

Eden House was founded to provide comprehensive and individualized recovery services to victims of human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation through a long-term residential program. Eden House employs a unique model of intensive and therapeutic case management that leverages existing community resources through numerous partnerships with social service agencies, medical providers, and legal experts. Each resident spends their first months at Eden House stabilizing their immediate needs, including outpatient treatment, trauma therapy, and physical and dental care. |

A board of community volunteers and school administrators help steer the direction of Communities in Schools. |
