Outside In
Santa Fe, New Mexico / $10,000
Outside In Productions has provided performances and presentations to New Mexicans confined to shelters, residential treatment facilities, nursing homes, correctional facilities, and other institutions where people would not have access to the arts. The Bandstand Southside Series at SWAN Park is an effort to bring free live music to Santa Fe's vastly underserved south side community. We want to reach people that will never come to a downtown Plaza show - sparking memories, sonic touchstones, and connectivity to the social fabric of our community.

The Santa Fe Raptor Center
El Rito, New Mexico / $15,000
The Santa Fe Raptor Center takes in all native birds in the state of New Mexico that have been injured or orphaned. Some of these birds are non-releasable but suitable to stay in captivity and help us as educational ambassadors. Our educational birds are our best ambassadors for the public and go with us to many school and public events. These birds captivate the attention of children and start the process of curiosity about how they live and what they need to be healthy in the wild.

Women's International Study Center
Santa Fe, New Mexico / $25,000
There is a dearth of residential fellowship opportunities for the study of or work by women in the arts, sciences, cultural preservation or business. This reality inspired the WISC Founders to create the Fellow-in-Residence program, which provides the opportunity for scholars, authors, artists, and others to have "A Room Of Their Own" to advance their work and engage with our community. Our years of experience with Fellows-in-Residence tells us that innovative work will be done, and challenges facing New Mexico and globally can be addressed.
